GlideQuest Consulting is still taking shape. This site is a working preview of a consultancy in its ideation stage — the products and services are intentions rather than a live storefront, and details may change over time.

We've all been the person handed a platform nobody fully owned.

We've each been the person a platform landed on. The architect who became its owner. The analyst helping a business say what it actually needs. The administrator keeping everything healthy while attention moved elsewhere.

We know what that feels like from the inside — and we started GlideQuest Consulting so the next team in that position has someone to call. We're small by design: every engagement is delivered by the people on this page.

The team

The founder is joined by three practitioners whose names and photos we’ll publish as each partner is confirmed.

Founder & Principal Consultant

Has spent eight years on the ServiceNow platform — administrator, consultant, architect, and platform owner — most recently leading the platform and team at a global trading firm. What clients notice first, though, is the listening: a career spent translating between executives who need outcomes and engineers who need clarity, built on the belief that the best technical roadmap is one the whole business can actually read. Holds ServiceNow's Certified Platform Owner Associate credential alongside CSA, CAD, and five Implementation Specialist certifications, and leads GlideQuest Consulting's client engagements and delivery standards.

Lead Developer & Head of Product Development

A senior ServiceNow developer and integrations specialist with deep expertise across ITSM, HRSD, IntegrationHub, scripted REST APIs, custom application development, and Workplace Service Delivery. Clients tend to remember the patience: complex integration decisions explained in plain language, trade-offs laid out honestly, and a build that matches what was promised. An early adopter of generative AI for product design and development, and someone who has worked alongside the founder for six years — leading technical delivery and product development at GlideQuest Consulting.

Delivery Manager & Senior Analyst

The person who makes sure everyone is building the same thing. A ServiceNow business analyst who turns ambiguous stakeholder requests into well-structured, buildable requirements, with a talent for making people feel heard while gently narrowing a conversation toward a decision. On a prior team, led an overhaul of UAT practices that became the team standard — and has been described by former managers as someone who elevates the delivery practices of every team they work with. At GlideQuest Consulting, leads requirements, project planning, and client communication.

Senior Developer & Administrator

A ServiceNow developer and platform administrator with hands-on experience keeping a high-volume enterprise instance healthy — upgrades, clone-downs, health scans, and the daily care most implementations never plan for. It's service work in the truest sense: being dependable, communicating early when something needs attention, and treating a client's instance with the same care as their own. At GlideQuest Consulting, supports platform health, administration, and hands-on delivery across engagements.

Four people. One team.

It's a fair question to ask of any small consultancy: are you genuinely a team, or four independent consultants sharing a logo? We're a team. Three of us built our track record together on the same platform team, and all four of us have worked together before, at previous firms throughout our careers.

We didn't come together for this venture. We've shipped releases together, worked through hard design decisions together, and covered for each other when it counted — and that's the same team that turns up for your engagement.
